Asda tyres failed to deliver my tyre to my local fitter even though I had booked it 10 days prior to the fitting date, this was then rebooked 4 days later which Asda told me was when the tyre would definitely be delivered to the fitters. However, they failed yet again which cost me having time off work twice and double the fuel cost getting there. I couldn't risk them letting me down a third time so I cancelled the order! I will never use Asda tyres again, absolute joke...

Great price. Great range. Great interface with the fitters.

Asda failed to deliver the tyres on time to the fitter. No one let me know my tyres haven't arrived. After fitter called Asda warehouse they said that they can deliver the tyres in next 3 days. It wasn't good enough so I canceled the order. I didn't received my money back after 14 days waiting. Today after calling them I was told I should to get it in next 72 hrs. If you need the tyres on arranged day don't use Asda tyres. If you can't afford to have hundreds pounds for weeks pennding out of your bank account do not use Asda tyres. If you want cheap price and you don't mind about anything above then you can go on...

Do not buy your tyres through Asd
I Brought 4 tyres from Asda 7th July 2022. Just had MOT reports all 4 tyres have advisory note to say cracking or perishing . I have spoken to Asda the process takes 12 weeks which includes the tyres being sent off to manufacturers, which will will require me to either replace all 4 tyres or leave my car off the road while I wait for their response. If have driven appropriately 9000 on these tyres and one and half week out of warranty.

Great local fitting and all at a the best price, lower than other on-line tyre retailers that I normally use.
Originally ordered incorrect size but all sorted direct with their customer service team who answered the call within 5 minutes and sorted very quickly. In this day and age, that is excellent! Will be using again for both mine and my Wife's car.

Appalling service. I ordered 2x Bridgestone tyres and the garage received 2 worn and heavily used tyres. The garage would not fit them and Asda tyres could not locate a new set until at least 2 days later. I was advised not to drive the car by the garage, and opted for a taxi home. Asdatyres would not even pay for the taxi ride back home saying that it’s out of their control and they said this can happen. How, when you are willing to charge over £150 a tyre. I spoke to a manager who refused to offer any sort of resolution apart from wait for 48hours and then go back. Apparently he even wanted the garage to fit these faulty tyres in the mean time and then go back when they got the new ones and the garage refused as so they should. The managers answer from Asdatyres was, have a refund then. He then was claiming that my contract was not with Asdatyres and they hold no responsibility whatsoever, yet I paid through their website in full and I received several emails from them regarding the order confirmation and details of the fitting garage with location and timings. For him to say have a refund then that’s not the solution, I needed tyres there and then and I specifically went to this garage as Asdatyres clearly stated on their website and on the order confirmation that they were able to deliver these tyres and fit them the same day. I was then contacted by customer service at Asdatyres and initially she was helpful and understood the situation and was willing to sort something out for me once the order had completed. The original issue was Monday 11th July and I was told once the tyres have been received at the garage which was on the Wednesday 13th July I was promised that I would be called back on that Wednesday. We are now Monday 18th July and still nothing. It’s a disgrace and I would maybe just be cautious when ordering from a company who really don’t seem to care about their customers.

I purchased 2 Bridgestone tyres from Asda tyres and the tyres after fitted in the garage looked old tyres. I asked the garage why they looked old tyres they replied because you ordered them more than a month ago and they got dirty in the stores. I have purchased another Bridgestone tyre from Halford and their tyre looked new tyre and I was shocked when they told me that the tyres that I recently purchased from Asda tyres are old and in bad condition and they showed me that the date on the tyres is 2019 and tyres really need to be exchanged. I called and emailed Asda tyres Custmor service and waiting for their response.

The website promised a 24 hour delivery for the brand I wanted so I closed the Halfords tab on my browser that promised fitting next morning to save about £20.
Fitting was booked in for Saturday morning 8am so I booked my mechanic for wheel alignment, tracking etc and then booked my hotel at the coast for Saturday night.

The tyres weren't delivered to the fitter on Friday as contracted.

Having spoken to Asda tyres they informed me that the tyres wouldn't be delivered until Monday.

I told their customer service that this will incur cancellation fees at both my mechanic and my non refundable hotel and was told that there's nothing they can do and won't offer any compensation.
Even though the website draws you in with a colourful banner above the tyre promising a 24 hour turn around he went on to say "delivery times are an approximation and asda tyres have no control or responsibility for not delivering on time."

Avoid these clowns at all cost and go to a reputable company.

so far so good, tyres I ordered, Mazzini ECO605+ 225/40/18 92W, seem a little noisy, but I can live with it, grip and handling ok in the dry, don't know about the wet as yet , fitters didn't seem to like dealing with ASDA, arrived early for my fitting all good, so far! then when they got to me they broke my locking wheel nut key, but didn't have the tools two remove them, so had to get a friends help to do this, needless to say it delayed my fitting by almost a week. other than that all good so far.

Tyres are great and were fitted very quickly. Would recommend.

The buying process was simple, fitting could be arranged at any of several companies and was included in the purchase price. ASDA Tyres offers a large number of brands, so I could choose according to the best balance of price and performance. I have used them several times over the years and that's the best advertisement - a returning customer.
